To qualify for a baggage hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of scuffs, wheel track dirt marks, or airport terminal labels, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, interior protective wraps, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Biological Hygiene & Contact-Surface Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine structural purity across our distribution network, any luggage handle grip wrap, internal mesh laundry bag, compression strap array, or protective cover that has been unsealed from its protective internal factory wraps, loaded with personal travel gear, or checked into an active transport terminal line cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk corporate team sets or high-volume wholesale business fleet configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your travel cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic handle-stress test, wheel spin alignment audit, and a strict sterile optical scan to confirm its original physical condition. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Luggageguard.
